Little Neck- Little Neck is a long road that winds down a peninsula on the Lynhaven River. It is a very popular area for its excellent schools and exceptional Swim and Racquet Club. You will find family friendly, affordable homes in the front of Little Neck, with larger, more expensive homes around the edges and towards the rear of Little Neck. The jogging trails tucked in a wooded setting, well-appointed playgrounds, multiple churches and many ball fields are a huge draw for the area. The proximity to Norfolk is also a draw for many. Little Neck is about 15 minutes to the Oceanfront and 15 minutes to Downtown Norfolk. Many say that in Hampton Roads, you are 20 minutes from everything. Little Neck makes the case for that! Some of the notable neighborhoods that are accessed via Little Neck Rd. are Middle Plantation, Kings Grant, Malibu and Bishops Gate.
